Annual SUWC Welcome Reception : Tea, Cookies, and Conversation
The SUWC will meet via Zoom for an hour of food and fun. After brief words of welcome from our presidents, we will host a “tea party” complete with introductory tasting notes provided by Daxue Xu and Meng Sui. During this event, you will have the chance to chat in small groups with other SUWC members.
The Program Committee is preparing gift bags with tea and cookies for your enjoyment at the party. You may be pick up your bag (contactless) on Thursday, Nov 5 between 1 and 3 pm at one of two locations.

Pro-Active Aging based on Pilates
Carol Sundermeyer, RN Stanford Recreation and Wellness Certified Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor
This workshop will address how to incorporate aging-well activities into everyday routine: preventing and mitigating bone loss; promoting healthy posture; improving balance and flexibility; increasing core, back, upper and lower body strength.
