Your Health

Your health – physical, cognitve, emotional – is yours to protect and take care of. To do so, a basic and scientific understanding how your body works in health and in sickness is essential.  Your Health aims to do so through presentations and discussions on a monthly basis.

Our discussions focus on these areas: (1) cornerstones for maintaining good health and thus preventing preventable diseases, such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management – healthy life style management, (2) common diseases – symptoms, diagnosis, risk factors, treatment/management, such as cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes, depression, among others. (3) specific topics brought up by members. All personal information will be kept confidential.
