Meditation

This section offers meditation instruction, encouraging words from the Buddhist tradition, and group discussion for maximizing the benefits of meditation in everyday life. We discuss news, celebrations, and setbacks as a way to integrate the wisdom of meditation in every day life. We provide each other supportive company in coping with our current limited social activities. We also share resources that sustain us.

We meet by Zoom on Wednesdays at 2:00pm.
