This section offers meditation instruction, encouraging words from the Buddhist tradition, and group discussion for maximizing the benefits of meditation in everyday life. We discuss news, celebrations, and setbacks as a way to integrate the wisdom of meditation in every day life. We provide each other supportive company in coping with our current stressors. We meditate together and share resources that sustain us.

We meet every Wednesday, 2:00- 3:15 pm by zoom.

Section Leader: Grace Schireson. Grace is an ordained Zen Buddhist priest, a Mother and a Grandmother. She has been trained and taught in Japan, Europe and the US. She teaches how to integrate Buddhist guidance into everyday life. She is the author of 3 books about Zen and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
